Mutual Encouragement (Community) occurs when we are united in mind and purpose. We have large community during Sunday Services, and small communities during Bible studies and Life Groups during the week. We believe that healthy disciples are connected disciples; therefore we always encourage our church members to pursue relationships through life groups. We suggest that our church members pick a life group at the church and be a part of the large group Sunday service, that way a member still has the availability to connect with the unbelieving community.
We are committed to Life Groups because:
- Encourages our FAITH (Hebrews 12:1-2). Being around examples of people who are walking with God encourages us through their stories about how God has worked in their lives.
- Proves our FAITH to the world (John 13:35). When we are able to love one another, the world sees that there is something different about us. We are sinners, yet we are able to forgive.
- Grow us MATURE through accountability (Hebrews 10:24-25).
