Get to know the candidate: Please pick up a resume and the interview question and answer summary concerning Jason Patton, the music and art candidate, from the Welcome Center. Jason and his family will be here in Palmer, May 27th through June 3rd. During this time, Jason will be meeting with staff, elders, individuals serving on the worship team and in the ensemble, and he will be preparing to lead the worship team during our June 3rd services.
Opportunities to Meet the Candidate: The congregation is invited to meet Jason Patton and his family at Eklutna Campground on Sunday, May 27th. They will be arriving in AK Sunday morning, and will be spending time getting to know us at the Eklutna campground in the afternoon and evening.
An additional opportunity to meet the candidate, Jason Patton and his family, will be held on Friday, June 1st, 7:00 p.m. at the church. Please bring a pie or finger food to share. There will be a time for informal visiting as well as a time for questions and answers. Jason will share his personal testimony and call to ministry.
Jason Patton will be leading the worship team during the services on June 3rd, 9:15 and 11:00 a.m. The week of candidating for Jason will end with a Special Business Meeting, Sunday, June 3rd, IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE 2ND SERVICE (NO LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED). The LMBC congregation and MEMBERSHIP are asked to attend this VERY IMPORTANT MEETING.
